1. General provisions

1.1. This Policy describes how personal data is processed and protected when users submit a request through a form available on https://ycasino.by.

1.3. This Policy has been prepared in accordance with Law of the Republic of Belarus No. 99-Z of 7 May 2021 “On Personal Data Protection”.

1.4. This Policy applies only to personal data received through the website request form. The use of analytics, advertising and other non-essential cookies, if any, is governed by a separate Cookie Policy.

2. Personal data processed

2.1. When a request is submitted, the Operator may process:

  • the user’s name;
  • telephone number;
  • confirmation of consent to personal data processing;
  • date and time of submission;
  • the page address from which the request was submitted;
  • technical information automatically recorded by the website, including the IP address, if such logging is enabled.

2.2. The personal data is obtained directly from the user who completes and submits the form.

2.3. Users must not provide another person’s personal data without appropriate authorisation.

3. Purposes and legal basis

3.1. Personal data is processed solely to:

  • receive and review a junket tour request;
  • contact the user using the telephone number provided;
  • clarify the conditions and details of the requested service;
  • take steps towards entering into and performing a contract if the user decides to use the service.

3.2. Initial processing is based on the user’s consent, expressed by selecting a mandatory, initially unticked checkbox and subsequently submitting the form.

3.3. If a contract is entered into following the request, further processing of the necessary data may be based on that contract and applicable laws of the Republic of Belarus.

3.4. Personal data obtained through the form will not be used for promotional calls or marketing messages without the user’s separate consent.

4. Processing activities

4.1. The Operator may collect, record, organise, store, update, use, allow authorised employees to review, transmit through the information services used, restrict and delete personal data.

4.2. Processing is performed using automated systems, including WordPress, Elementor, email and the website hosting infrastructure, and, where necessary, without automated systems.

4.3. The Operator processes only the data necessary to achieve the purposes specified in this Policy.

5. Retention period

5.1. Request data is retained in the website database and email account for one year from the date on which the form is submitted.

5.2. After this period expires, the data will be deleted unless another legal basis requires or permits continued processing.

5.3. If consent is withdrawn, processing will stop and the data will be deleted within the period required by law, unless the Operator has another lawful basis for processing it.

5.4. Where a contract is entered into, related data and documents may be retained for the periods required by the laws of the Republic of Belarus.

6. Storage, disclosure and international transfers

6.1. Requests are stored in the WordPress/Elementor database on the website’s hosting infrastructure and are sent to RENAISSANCE.YCASINO@GMAIL.COM.

6.2. Access is limited to the Operator’s employees who require it to review requests, contact users, maintain the website or fulfil legal obligations.

6.3. The Operator may engage organisations providing website hosting, technical administration, information security and email services.

6.4. Because Gmail is used, personal data may be transferred to Google LLC and processed on servers located outside the Republic of Belarus, including in the United States of America and other countries where Google maintains infrastructure.

6.5. The laws of those countries may provide a different scope of data subject rights, a different level of protection, and may allow access by foreign public authorities. By submitting the form and giving consent, the user confirms that they have been informed of such transfers and the associated possible risks.

6.6. The Operator does not sell or publish personal data and does not disclose it to unrelated persons except where necessary to process the request, perform a contract or comply with legal requirements.

7. User rights

Users have the right to:

  • withdraw their consent at any time;
  • receive information concerning the processing of their personal data;
  • request the correction or updating of inaccurate data;
  • receive information about disclosure to third parties;
  • request that processing be stopped and data deleted where no other lawful basis applies;
  • lodge a complaint with the National Personal Data Protection Centre of the Republic of Belarus or a court;
  • claim compensation where provided by law.

To exercise these rights, the user may contact RENAISSANCE.YCASINO@GMAIL.COM or send a written request to the Operator’s registered address. The request should specify the user’s name, the telephone number used in the form, the nature of the request and information sufficient to identify the relevant submission.

Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the Operator received the withdrawal.

8. Data security

8.1. The Operator takes organisational, legal and technical measures designed to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful access, alteration, disclosure, deletion and other unlawful actions.

8.2. Employees with access to personal data must maintain confidentiality and use the data only for authorised business purposes.

9. Final provisions

9.1. The Operator may amend this Policy following changes to the law, data-processing practices or website operations.

9.2. The current version is published on https://ycasino.by and becomes effective when published.

9.3. Matters not addressed in this Policy are governed by the laws of the Republic of Belarus.

9.4. If there is any inconsistency between language versions, the Russian version will prevail.
